FAQ

For the sake of full transparency, here are the answers to some of the most common questions you may have about COVID Comp Claims, it’s aims, goals, focus and practices.

What is Covid Comp Claims?

Covid Comp Claims do not trade as a claims management company and our primary focus is to help families. We act as a referral company who work closely with our legal partners who have extensive experience in medical negligence claims. Our aim is to build a strong bond with our clients showing them support and empathy through the whole process with continued close contact from start to finish to help families affected by the adverse effects of the Covid19 Vaccine to get the compensation they deserve.

Along with this we also aim to build a community to help in lobbying government through petitions, conduct research in order to determine if there are other ways we can aid people who have been adversely effected by the Pandemic.

Are you a charity

At present Covid Comp Claims is a company limited by guarantee in the UK, However it is early days and we are aiming to set up a charity in future and exploring different options for this. More information will become available through our site updates section as soon as it becomes available.

I believe I have a claim what do I do?

Simply use the form on the get in touch section of this website, and one of our staff will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours to discuss your claim. When you email us through the form you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have your contact request and it is being sorted. Once that happens we will then contact you by phone to discuss things further.

Are there any costs involved?

No.. Covid Comp Claims do not ask you for any money upfront. We only get paid if you receive a successful pay out from your claim and this will equate to a small percentage.

What happens to the money you receive?

Some of these funds will go towards the running costs of the company with a proportion of the funds going towards a social/charity trust fund which will be open to families that have been adversely affected by the COVID19 Vaccine or other adversities connected to the Pandemic and cannot get help by other means.

Do you consider yourselves to be anti vaccination?

No.. However after personal experience and mountain evidence coming into the public domain, we have strong concerns over the COVID19 Vaccines and feel there are questions that need to be answered. Our passion comes from a place of wanting to help others who have had similar experiences to ourselves so they don’t have to go through it alone. We also believe that there were a lot of untruths surrounding this roll out and those responsible should not be allowed to get away with it.

Can you provide legal representation.

No… We do not trade as a claims management company and look only to provide advice surrounding the different schemes that are available to the general public and help by collating and submitting applications on your behalf using our experience and best practices to get you the results you deserve. However we are aware that cases may arise where legal representation is necessary and we are currently exploring options for this should it become appropriate.
