Covid Comp Claims was established due to a Personal experience to a family member resulting in extreme adverse effects after receiving the COVID19 Vaccines. Due to this fact we have become extremely passionate about reaching out to investigate if many other families have had similar issues in order to provide a way of helping them through the various aids and channels that are available. It is our belief that the “cure is worse than the illness” and those who have suffered adverse effects, disability or the loss of a loved one as a result of the Vaccine rollout should be entitled to compensation and representation.

Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine has been branded “defective” with Claims of efficacy, “vastly overstated” according to papers released from a recent high court test case which sees two claimants challenge that safety and effectiveness of the Jab. Though government bodies and media outlets continue to state that the vaccine is safe for human consumption. Rising concerns and debates with evidence suggest that the opposite in many cases as the outcome of this case could lead to multiple further cases totalling around £80Million to the UK Government or other parties responsible according to the Telegraph and Express news outlets relating to Vaccine-induced Immune Thrombocytopenia and Thrombosis (VITT).

Freedom of information requests have also shown that the governments own Vaccine Damage pay out scheme has already settled 144 cases with a total compensation sum of up to £120000 per case for effects of the AstraZeneca Vaccine Alone. Now with Reuters reporting High court cases in Germany surrounding the BioNTech Vaccine and mounting concerns surrounding excess deaths and the UK COVID enquiry finding evidence of gross mismanagement of the Pandemic as a whole, many are asking if this is the start of things to come.

In the near future we aim to set up a charity or social enterprise to ensure that a percentage of any profits raised through our activities goes to a charity trust fund which can then be used to help others who have been adversely effected by the COVID19 Pandemic.
